2. Shipping Methods & Costs We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

3. International Shipping We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on the destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the carrier’s website.

5. Missing or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or if you notice any discrepancies, please contact us immediately at plus88store@gmail.com.

6. Pre-order Pre-order items take approximately 4-5 weeks to dispatch. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship once the pre-order is ready. Payment is taken at checkout to reserve your item. Pre-orders can be cancelled by emailing plus88store@gmail.com before they have shipped. Chargebacks to bypass this policy are not permitted. You will receive tracking once dispatched.
